The Nutrient Surge
"Moringa Guacamole is a creamy, fresh avocado dip with a nutritious twist. Made with ripe avocados, moringa leaf powder, tomato, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño, this easy homemade guacamole combines rich avocado with fresh herbs and a gentle spicy kick. Ready in just 10 minutes, it is perfect as a dip, spread, sandwich topping, or accompaniment to your favourite Mexican-inspired meals."
Step 1 – Prepare the Avocados Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl, and mash with a fork until you reach your preferred texture. Leave it slightly chunky for traditional-style guacamole.
Step 2 – Add Moringa Powder Add 1 teaspoon of moringa leaf powder to the mashed avocado. Mix thoroughly until the powder is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 3 – Add Fresh Ingredients Add the diced tomato, finely minced onion, chopped cilantro, and jalapeño. Gently fold everything together without over-mixing.
Step 4 – Add Lime and Seasoning Add fresh lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently and taste. Adjust the lime juice, salt, or jalapeño according to your preference.
Step 5 – Chill and Serve For the best flavour, allow the guacamole to rest in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve fresh with tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, toast, wraps, or as a topping for Mexican-inspired dishes.
